Course 333 - CDMA2000 3xRTT: Codes, Channels, Call
Processing, and Networks
Scope
This
one-day seminar completes the deeper look at CDMA2000 begun in Course 332. It
examines 3xRTT, Spreading Rate 3 wideband CDMA operation, also known as G3G
CDMA MC (Global Third Generation CDMA Multi-Carrier). It provides a detailed
view of the codes, channels, call processing protocols, data capabilities, and
network architecture of Spreading Rate 3 operation, true “3G” CDMA2000
technology. At conclusion, participants should be able to describe basic
channel functions and configuration, data capabilities, basic network
architecture and steps involved in call processing examples for SR3 operation..
