Scott Baxter is a
wireless RF and network engineer. Since 1995 he has provided
consulting or training for numerous CDMA and EV-DO systems in 44 US
states, 5 Canadian provinces, and fourteen other countries around
the world. He offers courses in CDMA2000, EV-DO and 4G technologies
LTE and WiMax. His office is in Nashville, Tennessee, but he
suitcases training and consulting around the world.
In wireless since 1987,
Scott rose through the ranks at BellSouth Mobility, Contel Cellular
and Nortel as an engineer and engineering manager before starting
his consulting practice in 1995.
Scott has intimate
knowledge of wireless call processing and data sessions/connections
and system performance issues. He also offers training and
consulting on interference detection and mitigation for wireless
systems.
Scott is an
entertaining speaker, conveying technical concepts in an
easy-to-absorb style. His classes are widely popular and he has
spoken at national and regional gatherings.
